Demolition Services
The business is the largest demolition contractor in the Thames Gateway and one of the major operators in London, the South East, South West and Wales. Demolition projects range from half a million pounds through to fifteen million, with work being undertaken on simple brick structures through to nuclear power stations. Deconstruction (demolition) has been a significant activity within the Group for over thirty years during which time it has developed sophisticated, but pragmatic, techniques for deconstruction (demolition) within closely controlled environments.
Asbestos Surveys and Asbestos Removal
The asbestos surveys and asbestos removal division of the company operates as part of Erith Contractors ltd and has been involved in the asbestos removal since obtaining its licence in 1983. The business operates throughout London, Kent, Manchester, Edinburgh and South East, South Wales and Mainland Europe completing asbestos surveys and asbestos removal projects. The Erith Group has over twenty four years experience within the asbestos industry which has facilitated strong ongoing client relationships as well as a firm reputation for quality performance within asbestos surveys and asbestos removal; The Erith Group continues to be at the vanguard of training, and the development of health and safety within this sector.
Remediation
The Erith Group Head Office is in Kent but it maintains twelve remediation teams and support staff who cover the UK; office located in Kent, Manchester and Edinburgh. The Group has a proven track record of dealing with a wide variety of remediation projects and can deal with a range of land remediation requirements from inert to severe contamination including heavy metals, asbestos, hydrocarbons, radiological and a broad range of chemicals including pharmaceutical and pesticides. The Group have expertise in the reclamation and remediation of former sewage facilities and adjoining land.
Haulage and Removal Services
The Haulage Division is structured to offer maximum flexibility; this allows us to commit large numbers of haulage vehicles to single or multiple projects at short notice. The Erith Group policy is to maintain investment in a modern fleet of appropriate haulage vehicles and plant to further facilitate the provision of high levels of productivity and customer service. The group currently have over 100 haulage vehicles available.

We operate throughout South East England, London, Kent, Manchester, Edinburgh, Ireland and Mainland Europe. These operations are manages from our head office in Erith, Kent and satellite offices in Edinburgh and Manchester.
