Originally a major wharf, when completed this site will be a mixed use development with underground parking across the site. Erith provided extensive pre-contract advice to London & Regional Properties and worked with them to reduce cost, maximise landfill tax exemption and put forward a disposal and remediation strategy for over 120,000 tonnes of excavation which saw 25% retained on site for subsequent reuse in the development and the remainder being removed.
